• Pad features two chrome straps but only 9" tall pads have a threaded center hole for blind mounting plus the optional top bracket.
• Note: These pads do not fit FL Touring uprights. for best fit with Mustang seats, standard-height or higher uprights are recommended. Low and Mini uprights are not recommended.
